We currently ship only within Poland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping (Poland): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package is:

• Delayed: Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.

• Marked delivered but not received: Contact the courier first, then reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved.

• Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• incorrect address,

• failed delivery attempts,

• or refusal of delivery,

we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
