🌿 Products

Q: Are your artificial plants realistic?
A: Yes. Our artificial houseplants are designed to closely mimic the look and texture of real plants. We carefully select materials and designs to ensure a natural appearance.

Q: Do artificial plants require any maintenance?
A: Very little. Simply dust the leaves occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep them looking fresh.

Q: Are the plants safe for pets and children?
A: Our artificial plants are generally safe because they are non-toxic decorative items. However, they are not toys and should not be chewed or ingested.

Q: Will the colors fade over time?
A: Under normal indoor conditions, colors should remain vibrant for a long time. To maximize lifespan, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh outdoor weather.

Q: Are the pots included?
A: Product listings clearly state what is included. Some plants come with decorative pots, while others may come in a basic nursery pot suitable for placing inside your own planter.


📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship only within Poland.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, when tracking is available you will receive a tracking number by email after your order ships.


🔄 Returns & Issues

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. Consumers in Poland and the EU generally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and conditions.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately at daipapojigreaswi@gmx.net. If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to update the address.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout through Shopify’s secure payment system.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
